Hi All,
I just wanted to thank everyone at TFX for a terrific job in arranging the flawless transport of my new car to Vancouver!
The car was picked up at the BMW dealership in St Catharines exactly as TFX promised, held in your secure storage facility, and then transported across the country in your secure Volvo truck-trailer. Your driver, Patrick, was very professional and flexible in arranging a convenient time and location for delivery. He is an excellent ambassador for your company!

The car arrived in pristine condition. In fact, the only problem was that Patrick made his way 4,600 km across the country so efficiently that the car arrived before I received registration documents, which had been couriered by the BMW dealership!! That caused a delay in the B.C. inspection process and other formalities. But it all worked out fine.

After many years of enjoying the spirited mechanical sounds of a well-tuned engine, we are now getting accustomed to the virtual silence of our fully-electric BMW i4. The car does make ‘space age’ sounds in Sport mode, which is useful for car enthusiasts like me. We are still running the car in Vancouver using the battery charge Patrick brought from Ontario! (Those electrons don’t weigh much!).

I am back in Vancouver and just received my car this AM. I wanted to pass on my praise for both the pick up and return. It was easy, so convenient, and both drivers were exceptional to deal with. My TFX office dealings were very easy with fast and clear communication as well.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I am with your entire team (office and drivers) – both in the pick up of my Nova as well as the delivery of my Corvette

. The Corvette delivery was especially difficult, because of the extreme (low) temperatures. Driver Rob was absolutely fabulous and a real trooper in the crazy frigid conditions (wind chills below -40C).
